Nimish Sanghi is the CEO of SOAIS. Nimish brings more than 16 years of banking and consulting experience to SOAIS. He started his career as an investment banker. Prior to SOAIS, Nimish served as a Practice Manager leading Peoplesoft and JDEdwards practices for Oracle Offshore Center. Before that, Nimish was part of IBM/PWC combine and focused on Business consulting for APAC region.

Nimish has a MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and holds a bachelors degree in Electrical engineering from IIT-Kanpur.

Ravi Ayyalaraju is the Chief Customer Advocate (CCA) of SOAIS. Ravi brings more than 13 years of global ERP solutions experience to SOAIS. Prior to SOAIS, Ravi served as a Practice Manager and headed the Oracle Hyderabad delivery center. At Peoplesoft, Ravi managed Peoplesoft offshore delivery practice.

Ravi has a MBA from Northwestern University, holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India.

Muru is the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) of SOAIS. He brings more than 15yrs of ERP consulting experience. Before joining SOAIS, Muru was a Consulting Practice Director with Oracle, USA. In this role he managed some highly complex projects with multi country presence. Prior to Oracle, he was with i2 technologies where he managed the mid-west consulting practice. He has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arther Anderson, Whittman-Hart and the Information Mgmt Group.

Muru holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras, India.

Samira is a practicing chartered accountant with more than 11 years experience in corporate law, audit, accounting, consulting, advisory, taxation and allied fields. He is an expert in delivery matters pertaining to the business process outsourcing matters in accounting, payroll and taxation. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a post-qualification diploma in Information Systems Audit.

 

Guru heads the operations of SOAIS. He has an overall experience of 13 years in Accounting, Finance, MIS, cost modeling, vendor management, payroll & Operations.

Guru has worked with Oracle as Manager - Operations, Associate Manager at MindTree Consulting. In an earlier stint, he also managed commercial operations at Siemens Info Sys Ltd.
