Worksoft Certify and HP ALM together provide an amazing solution to plan, manage and report tests.Linking Certify processes helps in managing the application lifecycle activities all at one place without having to open Certify manually to execute test cases, which would other wise be a separate task.This integration is made very easy with all configurations moving from script/code based to menu based.Diagnostics report from Certify helps to check if the integration is fine without having to worry about missing any configurations.This is an useful feature when it comes to configurations.
Steps Summary:
1. Installing and Configuring ALM, Certify
* Install QC/ALM and HPE ALM Connectivity Tool and configure QC in Worksoft Certify
* Worksoft Certify 9.0.3 or above required
* Create QC Attributes in Certify Extensions tab
* Configure QC ( Tools –> Configure –> QC )
2. Connect to HP QC/ALM from Certify and add your Certify process to HP QC/ALM Test plan
3. Execute and Report
