ERP Solution Delivery Managers (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Siebel)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8 - 12 Years of Exp. |

| |
|
Managing client engagement. |
|
Understanding requirements specifications, project scoping writing tech specs and RFPs. |
| |
|
Providing work direction and leadership to multiple teams, including scheduling, assignment and review of project work. |
| |
|
Tracking, monitoring and communicating project progress against project plan. |
|
8+ years of experience with more than 2 years in Project Management. |
|
Must have managed atleast 2 ERP Projects. |
|
Good exposure to Project Management methodologies and tools. |
|
Good Team Management skills. |
|
Must have experience working with ISO and CMM methodologies and should be well versed with Software Development Life Cycle. |

Experience in working with Onsite-Offshore delivery model. |
|
PMI Certification a big plus. |
|
Excellent communication skills and experience with client interfacing. |

Experience in Oracle 11i application / toolset is preferred. |

Should have strong experience in forms and reports development. |
|
